Stephen Gasper

Stephen Gasper is the Senior Partner at Bruce Lance, and joined the firm in 1977. Based at the High Wycombe office, Stephen specialises in personal injury and has achieved a successful outcome in a number of high-profile cases. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, and is a trustee of Headway South Bucks, a charity that supports people with brain injuries. Also experienced in general litigation, Stephen acts for insurance companies and defends aviation cases, including helicopter and balloon accident claims.

Stephen is a keen sportsman and says that tennis, which he plays competitively, has much in common with litigation: “The object is to hit the ball into the opponent's court, preferably so that it is not returned. Sometimes you may drop a set but you just have to make sure you win the end rally and the match.”
