Computerised System
We operate a fully automated debt collection system, Alpha Law, which is a comprehensive debt recovery system which enables us to send Letters Before Action through to commencing enforcement proceedings. The software system incorporates all the Court forms and our individually drafted standard letters to meet the requirements of our clients, which are fully integrated into the package. There is a highly flexible billing and reporting function and an effective diary system which monitors all debts on a daily basis or each stage of the proceedings.
