Much as we would prefer them not to, accidents do happen. If the accident is the fault of someone else, you may be able to claim compensation from them. If you do have an accident it is important that you record the names of any witnesses and, if possible, take photographs. We take on all types of accident cases, including:

We can enter into conditional fee agreements, so that no fees are payable if your claim is not successful.
